Mafalde Ai Funghi Frozen Pasta Kit
Serves 2
Ingredients: House-made Mafalde pasta, porcini mushroom, portobello mushroom, oyster mushroom, truffle cream sauce
1. Fill a medium-sized pot with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and bring to a boil.
2. While the water is coming to a boil, add the contents of your sauce pack to a large pan and bring to a simmer.
3. Once the water is boiling, add fresh pasta to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Strain pasta when it is done cooking and add to the pan of sauce. Toss with sauce to coat and use a large spoon or tongs to plate pasta in a pasta bowl.
5. Sprinkle with your favourite cheese and enjoy!
